Adera Breaks Ground on Newest Luxury Wood Project and Donates $20K to Local Charities

North Vancouver, B.C. - October 12, 2018 - The Central Lonsdale area will officially become the home of the community’s first entirely mass timber development, creating 179 new homes for residents of North Vancouver. A pioneer in mass timber construction, Adera Development Corporation’s Crest project utilizes Luxury Wood in the form of cross laminated timber to create a building that benefits the community at large.

The use of Luxury Wood in the construction of Crest is a testament to Adera’s commitment to the North Shore, constructing communities that positively impact residents, and the environment as a whole.
